Women in Business National Network
We Are WIBNN
A national community built by women, for women — because community is the most powerful business tool you will ever have.
Our Story
Where It Began
Joy Blackwell had spent over 25 years in corporate America — scaling companies, leading operations, managing hundreds of millions in payroll — and she knew one thing for certain: the most valuable thing in business isn't your resume. It's your relationships.
So she built Austin Women in Business. A community where women could show up authentically, support each other relentlessly, and grow together intentionally. The response was immediate. The rooms filled up. The connections were real. And then came the question Joy kept hearing from women in cities across the country:
"When are you bringing this to us?"
The answer is now. Women in Business National Network is Joy's answer to every woman who has ever walked into a room and wondered where her people were. We're building that room — in every city in America.
WIBNN has grown from a single community into a national movement — with active chapters in Austin and Houston, a growing certification resources program, and a proprietary professional designation in development that will set a new standard for women in business leadership.
